The cast bronze figure of a winged putti manages the reigns astride the back of a classical dolphin figure. The castings detail appears on both sides of the figures as they ride the waves. Mounted on an oblong domed grey veined serpentine base, the level of detail and sculptural quality elevate this rare and unusual piece above its intended purpose.
