A 19th Century cast bronze garden sundial with exceptional verdigris patination and colour. This circular example is engraved with Roman numerals and a whimsical sun motif at the base of the gnomon. As with many of these charming garden accents of the period, this example has been engraved with a time related quote that captures the passing of time. Which in this case reads, “After Darkness Light”. An optional custom iron stand for internal use and display, not included.
