A very folky authentic working North American duck decoy with great charm and presence. Rough cut bottom, with 'whittled' head and body. The painted surface is all original and dates to the late 19th to early 20th century and has been applied to replicate to plumage of a widgeon. Not a contemporary offshore replica, but the real deal.
