This 19thCentury cast bronze garden sundial with a deep blueish green patinationacquired after years of weathering the elements. It has also been engraved withthe time related quote all should heed, “Time Waits for No Man”. The gnomonprotrudes from the center of an eight-pointed sun, appearing almost like thebridge of the suns nose. Originally intended to provide a level of interest andsophistication to a garden, they have become historic objects of art withimmense character and charm to be appreciated indoors or out.
